Predator time
Almost all of the best fishing stories happen during the dark, at least in my perspective. The mystery of the night has something so magical, that fishing during that time is always a pleasure. However not only is it magical, but the predatory fish are active as well.
In a city like we life in, we made the experience, that big pikes hunt during the dark. In return, the lack of light gives us anglers the advantage during that period.
A Black Minnow or a Blaster Shad usually gives the fish enough of a target to go for the strike. When a big pike strikes during the night, it is always chaos. You can’t immediately tell how big the fish is, neither can you see it. But once you get to see it and catch it, the extra effort will be worth it. Go out yourself and give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
Tight lines.
